Senior 3D Character Artist

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our Art Director and Lead Artists to meet technical and aesthetic expectations

Create amazing characters that are efficient, built to scale, and satisfy budgetary requirements

Iterate based on feedback and modify work based on direction

Create efficient UV layout for texture maps, hard surfaces, and organic models

Verify art asset performance and appearance in the game engine

 

Minimum Requirements:

3 years or more experience in game or cinematic asset creation including characters, hard-surface props, avatar clothing, weapons, vehicle, etc.

Applicant must understand one of engine (Unreal and/or Unity)

Proficient with Max, Maya or Blender

Proficient with Zbrush or Mudbox

Understand PBR pipeline in Substance Painter

Experiences working with a game engine tool is a plus
